I have finally gotten the chance to publish some new pictures of our little monkey. He is nine months old, and will surely start walking any day now. He stands on his own all the time (his free standing record is about 30 seconds), and like any little boy his age, everything within his reach go into his mouth. He has two days of skiing under his belt, and loves going on outside adventures with Jami, Whitney and I. He goes to work with me every day (I have a daycare at work), and as you can see from the pictures he is still pretty damn cute. He is especially cute on the ski lift.
Orin just got his fourth haircut from aunt Katie and with every one he looks more and more like a little boy and less like a little baby. Orin also LOVES to climb. Now this might be more curiosity than anything but the climber in me has seen him pull some amazing feats for a nine month old kid. I can’t wait to get a harness and rope on him this summer and put him on some real rock to see what he can do!
Orin is the best part of my day.
Leave it to the Spaniard’s to come up with an approach like this. This is a video that Jami sent me and I felt obligated to share this with everyone that climbs. Originally built in 1901, this walkway now serves as an aproach to makinodromo, the famous climbing sector of El Chorro. Enjoy.
Born in the era of Star Wars, and having stood in line for all three of the original Star Wars movies, I am still fascinated by all things Star Wars. We recently had a funniest YouTube video competition at work and this little nugget of humor was my submission. Enjoy. Or not.
Give me one picture please… one picture only… Orin is two and half months old and weighs about 12 pounds and change. He is ridiculously cute most days and loves eating, walking, ski movies and more walking. In a few days we should have a set of more recent pictures up on our web site, heck we might even have a new web site.
Enjoy… Marc & Jami
I’m happy to announce that version 3.0 of WPG2 has been released. This release includes some pretty major changes, and wouldn’t be possibile without the many hours of work from ozgreg and the other members of the WPG2 team (this includes me). New features include Gallery2 Output as a Wordpress Page (Yay No more wp-gallery2.php file), Lightbox integration and support, widgets, an improved g2image, resized image support, support for Wordpress 2.3 and a whole bunch of other code improvements. Being one of the original founders of this plugin, I’m quite proud to be a member of this team. Who would have thought that the little project ozgreg and I started more than 2 years ago would be one of the most popular wordpress plugins, and see more than 40,000 downloads.
