Both teams played very strong, and it was a very entertaining game to watch. It was also nice to see the referees actually let the two teams play as opposed to calling a foul every time two opposing players touched each other… (i.e. the Italy vs US game). Germany played a very good game and the German goalkeeper played outstanding! Alas, Italy finally connnected in the end and it’s off to the finals for them.. Go Italy!
